PVC Reel Holder

Manual loading and band brake. Foil break switch.

Forming/Heating
Combined station. PtIOO controlled temperature controller. Pressure forming design Micro filtered and dried air supply. Cavity die air/water cooled. Bolster movement is upward by a pneumatic cylinder, whereas upper slide moves by a smaller cylinder.

 Feeding
Manual feeding. Foot switch for operator to initiate machine cycle after cavities are full. Guide track with adjustable flats.

Alu foil holder
Manual loading and band brake. Foil break switch.

Sealing/Indexing
Combined station. Heated sealing plate with sealing pattern. Lower bolster movement by toggle. Upper slide movement by a large air cylinder to provide 1000 kgf sealing force. Station mounted on horizontal slides to combine indexing. Index drive shall be pneumatic. Shock absorbers for end stops, which are adjustable.

Punching
Pneumatic punch. Upstroking design. Packs drop in inclined chute towards operator. Trim waste box at end of machine.

Controls
Foot switch will initiate cycle.

Station close
Indexer de-clamps, returns and clamps. Stations open and cycle waits for start signal. When idle, stations are
open and index is clamped. A separate web release button is provided for web threading. PLC controls are provided. Temperature controller is provided, but no PLC interlocks are provided.
